Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry these meanings:

• "Duang Chai" / "we" / "us" — Duang Chai financial education centre, 56 Thonglor Soi 13, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
• "Service" — educational programs, workshops, and materials offered by Duang Chai
• "User" / "you" — any individual accessing our website or enrolling in a program
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy
• "Content" — all materials, resources, worksheets, and educational content provided in our programs

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enrollment inquiry, completing a registration, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or enrolling in our programs.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Our programs are intended for adults, with content designed primarily for those approaching or planning for retirement.

Description of Services

Duang Chai provides financial education programs for adults. Our current offerings include:

• Expense Tracking Bootcamp — ฿3,000 — 1 full-day session covering personal budgeting methods
• Gold and Precious Metals Awareness — ฿8,300 — 2 full-day sessions on Thai gold market and investment options
• Pre-Retirement Comprehensive Planning — ฿14,600 — 6 sessions over one month including a written planning document

Program schedules, formats, and venues are subject to change. We will notify enrolled participants of any significant changes with reasonable notice.

Enrollment & Accounts

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration. If details change (such as contact information), please notify us promptly so we can update our records and ensure you receive all program communications.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrollment if there are reasonable grounds to believe the terms of this agreement have been, or are likely to be, breached.

User Responsibilities

As a participant or website user, you agree to:

• Use our website and program content for lawful, personal educational purposes only
• Treat fellow participants and instructors with courtesy and respect
• Refrain from recording, distributing, or reproducing program materials without written permission
• Not use our website to transmit harmful, misleading, or abusive content
• Keep your personal login credentials (if applicable) confidential and secure

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Duang Chai — including course materials, worksheets, presentations, written guides, and website content — is the intellectual property of Duang Chai and is protected under Thai copyright law and applicable international conventions.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided for your personal educational use only. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, or creation of derivative works from our content.

Payment Terms & Refunds

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due in full prior to attending any program session unless a written installment arrangement has been agreed.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the program start date: full refund minus a 500 THB administrative fee
• Cancellation 7–13 days before the program start date: 50% refund
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund; however, you may transfer your enrollment to another person or to a future program date with prior written notice
• If Duang Chai cancels a program: full refund or complimentary transfer to another session, at your choice

Refund requests should be sent in writing to [email protected] with your enrollment details.

Course-Specific Terms

The following conditions apply specifically to our educational programs:

• Attendance at all scheduled sessions is strongly encouraged; partial attendance does not entitle you to a partial refund
• Program certificates of completion (where issued) are awarded to participants who attend the required proportion of sessions as indicated in the program overview
• Materials provided are for the enrolled participant only and may not be shared with or transferred to third parties
• Duang Chai reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct disrupts the learning environment for others
• The written retirement plan provided in the Pre-Retirement Comprehensive Planning program is an educational output, not financial advice regulated under Thai securities law

Duang Chai's programs are designed for educational purposes. The information and materials provided do not constitute regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance under Thai law. Participants should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment or financial decisions.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no representation that all information is complete or current at all times. Market conditions, regulations, and tax rules change — always verify important details with qualified professionals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Duang Chai's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services or materials shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including financial loss arising from decisions made based on content covered in our programs.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in a program by providing written notice. Duang Chai may terminate your access to program materials or future enrollment privileges if you breach these Terms and Conditions. The following provisions survive termination: intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Duang Chai
• Severability — If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect
• Waiver — Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right in the future
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. For enrolled participants, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes by email. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
